Yes! We love helping you create the perfect product whether that is adding a logo, photo, or text on any of the merchandise we carry, the possibilities are endless. Send us a message and we can help you create anything! 

 

What is your Return Policy?

We offer exchange only within the first 30 days of your purchase for any items that come damaged or defective. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

Digital products - no refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at century21bravostore@gmail.com and we can help you.

We will require photos of the damage or defective items.

Shipping

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
